This is a great tent style maxi dress from 1969 or 1970 designed by Anne Fogarty. This dress is in a stunning rich shamrock green knit fabric with what feels like a rayon lining. This dress has long sleeves that are slightly sheer with a round neckline. Closes with a back metal zipper down the back seam with a hook and eye. The inside lining has metal snap closures down the center back opening. We estimate this would best fit a modern size Small, possibly a Medium as it is has a free flowing twirlable skirt. Easy to wear vintage dress that is so comfortable!

Coty award winning designer Anne Fogarty started out designing with the familiar wasp waist and full skirt silhouette in the 1950's.  She continued to change her designs to keep up with the times and this dress is a perfect example of that!  We have had the privilege of selling many of her dresses and love their wearability without compromising style!
